| Since its founding in 1948, the Knute Nelson organization has consistently lived
its mission: providing a full continuum of services for older adults to enhance
their quality of life.As a result, thousands of adults have enhanced
their quality of life through programs such as assisted living at Nelson Gables
(59 units), skilled nursing and rehabilitation center (164 rooms),
rehabilitation and short-term stay, home care, hospice, and wellness (Nelson
Wellness Center). |
| Nearly 300 full and part-time employees and over 165 volunteers share their
time and talent with residents and tenants, making Knute Nelson one of the top
10 employers in Alexandria. |
